For Rob, InUrLane Fitness is about tapping into a mind-body connection that allows you to master your own physical health. In doing so, you positively impact your mental and spiritual health.
What he loves most about doing this work is seeing the positive change in every aspect of life — no matter your age!

With over 20 years of experience and education in exercise science and physical therapy, Rob trains clients from every background — with goals from increased mobility to competing in collegiate and even pro-level sports. He will lead you step-by-step and have you living your best life!
MY APPROACH
John Evert, Personal Trainer
John's Fit4Life transformation started when he was snowboarding in Utah, he went on a hike he had done 100 times and was so out of shape he thought he was going to die! Being a brand new Dad and realizing he had to do better for his health, his wife Sommer, and most importantly my baby girl Cassidy.
John got started under Rob and got his Fit4Life transformation started. John encourages others through leading by example and knowing it’s never too late to get in shape. He did it at 40, so can others!

What Fit4Life means to John and his family: "EVERYTHING!" He wants to model what a Fit4Life is through actions, nutrition and his lifestyle because he knows it is the mindset that changed his own life. John emphasizes on consistency being the key and he is so excited to have the ability to inspire others!
